I study the market daily to offer expert advice to home sellers in positioning, marketing, and negotiating property sales, as well as enlighten home buyers in navigating purchase opportunities (which may not be publicly offered yet) with attention to detail in every phase of the process––saving my clients valuable time and money. Being a St. Simons and Brunswick GA native, I intuitively know the special and unique way of life in the Golden Isles.
